The SimpliCity has recently expanded its number of machines by purchasing Durst RHO 750, the best machine for UV printing on hard materials. Presto configuration makes it possible to print at the speed of 100m2/h, maintaining the highest precision and the best quality. That is possible thanks to Durst Quadro 30D heads with MEMS technology. The machine prints in CMYK colours palette. Additionally, you can distinguish White, Light Magenta and Light Cyan which give you. and harmonious tonal transition. The plotter is equipped with Continuous Printing System, i.e. the system printing one plate after another, without the masking process. What is essential, the machine can print one plate next to another. Materials to be used with Durst Rho 750: PCV, foams, Plexiglass®, alluminium, wood, acrylic, corrugated board. Maximum width of printed medium is 250cm, thickness up to 4cm, weight up to 50kg. 
 

Another innovative solution in our company is Kongsberg i-XL 44 digital cutting-milling table. Thanks to this machine we can design, make and put the finishing touch to all hard materials, such as foam boards, cardboards, Plexiglass®, PCV, and dibonds. It enables us to have the whole production process in one place! Installed Esko Artios cad software enables us to work on prototypes. What's more, every prototype will be accompanied with 3D how-to video for the customer not to puzzle over a photo manual. That's really great news! There’ll be an option to combine client’s graphics in such a visualization (in PDF) and add a background of his choice (e.g. space of the shop).That’s not enough for you? Great! Kongsberg i-XL 44 can make... furniture. There is one-light, ecological raw material which can be used to create diverse constructions. We are looking forward to it!

Last weekend, 7th and 8th of October, we had a chance to take part in a seminar “Large format printing house – the newest trends and technologies”. The seminar took place at the Hotel Grand Nosalowy Dwor in Zakopane and was organized by Atrium Centrum Ploterowe (Atrium Plotter Centre). The lectures concerned  financial and business benefits from the newest production solutions in UV printing, and also about trends in the development of eco and mild-solvent plotters and innovative inks used in such types of print. SimpliCity, as one among very few, had a chance to present our company in a 40-minute speech. We used that time very profitably    we outlined the company’s profile and presented the newest machines, thanks to which we have recently expanded our business.  Everything in the form of multimedia presentation.We have also presented a few exemplary productions. Some of them were given to the audience for organoleptic testing.

A new production hall equals more possibilities and even faster completion of orders. Huge space (almost 1000m2) gives us a chance to display our great skills. That’s why we can print, fold, cut, laminate, pack even more. We are able to do so thanks to new innovative machines which have overtaken our production hall and won the hearts of us all.

We put particular emphasis on constant development. Therefore, our new production hall couldn't do without modern machines. Among others we have Durstem Rho 320R, innovative UV printing plotter. That’s the first machine of its kind in Poland. It’s unrivalled when it comes to quality and printing precision. It is the only machine that can print in 4 CMYK colours + Light Magenta and Cyan without the loss on the speed of printing. Such speed reaches 130m2 an hour! It does not require specially dedicated materials, it takes everything from a roll of 3.20m width and 2mm thickness. No doubt Durst Rho 320R is our favourite.
